This policy applies to Preascent Inc. ('Preascent', 'we', 'us'). It explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, how we use it, and what rights you have over it. It applies to all personal data collected through this website, including contact forms, booking requests, and direct email correspondence.
When you use the contact form or book a consultation, we collect your name, email address, company name, and the content of your message. We do not collect payment information, and we do not use tracking cookies or behavioural analytics tools on this website.
We collect your data solely to respond to your enquiry, arrange a consultation, or assess a potential working relationship. We do not use your data for marketing purposes without your explicit consent, and we do not sell or share it with third parties for commercial purposes.
We retain contact enquiries and correspondence for up to two years from the date of last contact. If you apply for a position at Preascent, we retain your application materials for up to two years for the purpose of considering you for future opportunities. You may request deletion at any time.
Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK, Law No. 6698), you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, request correction of inaccurate data, request deletion of your data, object to or restrict our processing of your data, and receive a copy of your data in a portable format.

This website uses Calendly to manage consultation bookings. When you book a session through Calendly, your data is processed by Calendly Inc. under their own privacy policy. We recommend reviewing it before booking. We do not use any other third-party data processors in connection with this website.
